Customs and import taxes
Local taxes are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any import and customs taxes and fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and postal cervices.

Cancellation Policy on Custom Orders:

We don’t accept cancellation requests after customer’s agreement on made stamp’s / branding iron’s design.

Failure of heating elements of any type and size, as well as their replacement, are not a guarantee case.

Refund

Our company isn't responsible for estimated delivery time and for your national postal service and customs working. If you don't receive your package within 75 days after sending, a full refund will be made.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
